The Hearing Loss Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
When a family learns their child has a hearing loss they experience significant emotional and financial challenges. Hearing aids cost up to $12,000 per child and are often not covered by health insurance. The Hearing Loss Foundation's goal is to ease the family’s financial burden and to assure that children receive the hearing care that they need to thrive developmentally, socially, and academically.
The Hearing Loss Foundation provides financial assistance for new hearing aids and accessories to children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing and do not qualify for public or private funding.
The Hearing Loss Foundation is a volunteer-run organization that relies on your support to continue our mission. In 2017, 98% of funds donated went directly to support families of children in need.
Parents, Audiologists, Speech Therapists- Our Hearing Loss organization needs your help. Please consider volunteering. You can also help us by collecting used hearing aids.
